Ride and fit
Compare frame fit, step-over height, terrain, carrying needs and weight you can safely handle. Arrange a test ride when possible.

A CLEAR NEXT STEP FOR YOUR E-BIKE
Answer a few simple questions. Get useful checks, the right details to record, and a clear point to hand the job to a mechanic.
GUIDED SYMPTOM CHECK
PARTS FINDER
A matching photo or connector is not proof of compatibility. Record the bike and component markings, then compare the exact manufacturer part number.
YOUR BIKE PHOTOS
Add a whole-bike photo, a close-up of the problem, and a clear model label or error display. Keep the bike off and stationary. Do not open or handle damaged batteries to get a photo.

Photos stay in this browser tab and are cleared when you reload or close it. Nothing is uploaded or sent for analysis in this version. Avoid faces, addresses and personal information.
Photo capture and previews work now. Automatic analysis is not connected yet. When enabled, it will help read labels, describe visible details and ask focused follow-up questions. A photo cannot confirm internal faults, part compatibility or that a bike is safe to ride.
HARD-TO-FIND E-BIKE PARTS
Start with the exact markings on your tire, tube or electrical component. Build a precise search and a compatibility checklist.
Get a written diagnosis and repair quote first. Compare total costs, remaining bike condition, available parts and local service. A high repair estimate alone does not mean a new bike is the right answer.
Enter both totals in the same currency to compare costs. Include applicable taxes in both.
Compare frame fit, step-over height, terrain, carrying needs and weight you can safely handle. Arrange a test ride when possible.
Ask a local shop whether it will service that exact model. Check replacement battery availability, parts supply and warranty service.
Confirm regional delivery, assembly, returns, battery warranty, required accessories and the exact model’s safety documentation.
MANUFACTURER CATALOGUE
Compare the current range and ask about local servicing. This is a starting point for research, not a recommendation for a particular model.

These shopping searches do not verify fit. Battery, charger, motor and brake faults need the appropriate manufacturer or mechanic checks.

THE EBIKE333 METHOD
Start with what changed, when it happens, and any exact error shown. A symptom is not a confirmed fault.
Only visual and manufacturer-approved checks are suggested. No opening battery packs, bypassing protection, or probing live wiring.
Record model, year, system and part numbers. A seller or manufacturer must confirm the exact fit before you buy.
Riders can gather good information; qualified mechanics and the bike maker handle uncertain electrical faults and safety-critical work. These guides are educational and cannot inspect your bike or certify it safe to ride.
For component-specific procedures, use the Shimano manual library, Bosch eBike help, or the manual supplied with your bike. Battery and charger concerns: CPSC micromobility safety. Always follow the maker's instructions for your exact model.
Safety first. If a battery is hot, swollen, leaking, smoking, smells unusual, or was damaged, stop using and charging it. Move away and contact local emergency services for smoke or fire. Do not open the pack.
EBIKE333 is an early working guide. It does not confirm a diagnosis, guarantee a part fits, or replace an in-person inspection.
